These terms apply to sessions with Angela under the name Lumira Awakenings. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

1. About the sessions
Reiki, Kundalini, meditation and energy guidance focus on wellbeing and relaxation. No medical result is promised. Sessions do not replace diagnosis, medical treatment or psychological care. You can pause or stop at any time. Discuss suitability with Angela beforehand and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions. Do not enter medical information in the request form.
2. Requests and agreements
The form submits a request, not an automatic booking or payment order. Angela personally agrees the session, participants, date, time, location, total price and terms with you. A contract is formed when you expressly accept the individual offer. The reservation becomes final after the agreed confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Times are local Spanish times.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Per-person pricing is explicitly indicated. The deposit is €20 per booking, including when one person books for a group. The balance is paid in cash unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Travel outside Alhaurín de la Torre costs €20. Venue hire requires your prior express agreement to the cost. You receive the total price before accepting. This website does not yet collect online payments or debit any amount automatically.
4. Date, location and deposit
After agreement, a private session can be held provisionally for 24 hours for the deposit; Angela manages this personally, not through an automatic calendar lock. Group-session deposits are arranged with Angela. If no suitable date or location can be agreed, the deposit is refunded. Bad weather may require another location by agreement. If Angela cancels, or makes a material change you do not accept, you can choose a new proposal or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled session.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Notify Angela as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. More than 48 hours before: reschedule or receive a deposit refund. Between 24 and 48 hours inclusive: any reasonable cancellation costs are capped at €20. Less than 24 hours before or a no-show: any costs are capped at the agreed session price. Charges must be reasonable, proportionate and substantiated; saved costs, replacement income and amounts already paid must be deducted. No double recovery or automatic debit applies. Statutory withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal from a distance contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without a reason or penalty. Email Angela identifying the appointment, your name and the date of your notice; no special form is required. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless a different, free method is agreed. A session starting during this period requires your separate express request to start early. The withdrawal right ends only after full performance if you expressly agreed beforehand and acknowledged losing that right on completion. For partial performance only legally permitted, proportionate charges may apply.

8. Questions, complaints and rights
Send questions or complaints to info@lumirawakenings.com. Angela seeks a personal resolution and responds to consumer complaints within the applicable statutory period. No rights are excluded for errors, injury or circumstances where liability cannot legally be limited. Spanish law applies where relevant, preserving mandatory consumer protections and the legally competent courts. There is no compulsory private arbitration or exclusive court selection. Existing agreements remain subject to the terms accepted when concluded.
