1. Data and purposes
For requests we process your name, session, proposed date, time and location, contact preference, phone number and/or email and information you submit. This is used to respond, arrange and handle an appointment. Practical request and status emails are not a newsletter. Internal notes stay in administration and are never emailed to customers.
2. Reviews
You choose whether to submit a review and consent to publication of your chosen name, rating and text. You may withdraw consent. An optional review email is stored privately only for the requested receipt and publication updates, never in the public review. Without an email address we cannot send you email.
3. Legal bases and retention
Requests and appointments are processed for pre-contractual steps at your request and contract performance. Legal obligations may require additional retention. Security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests. Review publication and voluntary review contact details rely on consent. Data is retained no longer than needed for these purposes, legal duties or a specific dispute. Angela reviews this and can delete requests manually; no automatic deletion deadline is configured. Reviews remain while publication consent applies or a removal request is being handled.
4. Providers and technology
The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storage and administration, Resend for practical emails and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. These services process necessary technical and contact data. Opening WhatsApp or your email/phone app also involves those providers. Providers may process outside the European Economic Area, requiring appropriate legal transfer safeguards. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added to this site. Language choices and essential functions may use local browser storage.
5. Your rights
Where the law grants them, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@lumirawakenings.com; Angela normally responds within one month and may request appropriate identity verification. Appointments are not decided solely by automated processing. Complaints may be made to Spain’s AEPD at www.aepd.es or the competent authority in your country of residence.
